\n Brundlund Castle <\/span>
and Art Museum <\/span> <\/h2>\n

Discover the exhibition Franciska Clausen and the Underland<\/em>. An exhibition about surrealism as an artistic method for navigating a fragmented world. Museum S\u00f8nderjylland holds Denmark\u2019s most important collection of Danish Surrealism. In this presentation, the museum\u2019s key works will be shown in dialogue with Franciska Clausen\u2019s art.<\/p>\n

The museum presents changing exhibitions featuring works from the collection as well as special exhibitions in the castle\u2019s historic and atmospheric setting, with roots dating back to the 15th century.<\/p>\n

The art experience continues in the castle park, with a fine collection of sculptures in beautiful green surroundings, which can also be enjoyed from the museum\u2019s caf\u00e9 and terrace together with a good cup of coffee.<\/p>\n

In the museum caf\u00e9 guests can choose between coffee, tea, wine, beer or other cold drinks.<\/p>\n

We offer an admission ticket with coffee and cake at the price of DKK 160.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Guests with mobility impairments or disabilities can drive through the gate and park in the parking lot to the west of the building. This allows level access to the main entrance.<\/p>\n

A lift gives people with mobility impairments and disabilities, as well as guests with prams, full accessibility to all floors.<\/p>\n

All thresholds are supplied with ramps and there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.<\/p>\n

There is easy access everywhere for wheelchair users, people with mobility impairments and guests with prams, except for the prison dungeons and armoury cellar where the stairs are steep.<\/p>\n

There are also steps at the entrance to the caf\u00e9 and the education room.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Brundlund Castle dates back to the fifteenth century and still has its original tower rooms and old cellar. As you wander through the historic castle, you will be able to spot traces of the past.<\/p>\n

The castle caf\u00e9 welcomes you with hot and cold drinks, snacks, and cake. In the summer, the castle terrace is the perfect place to relax, surrounded by the calm and beauty of the castle park.<\/p>\n

At Brundlund Castle and Art Museum, both children and adults can try being artists in the castle\u2019s creative room.<\/p>\n

Materials such as paper, stickers, glue, glitter, and more are available - giving everyone the opportunity to explore and express their creativity. You can also watch the castle walls transformed with light, shadow, and shapes as you arrange various shapes on the overhead projector.<\/p>\n

Be inspired by the shapes and colours in the exhibition A Collage \u2013 Franciska Clausen 125 Years.<\/p>\n

Entry to the castle\u2019s creative room is included in your entry ticket. Children up to the age of 18 are admitted free of charge to both the museum and the creative room.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
